Most maintenance problems are not dramatic. A fence line goes a season without attention and now there is a hedge growing through it. A bed does not get weeded in June and by August the mulch is invisible. None of it is hard to stay on top of; it is only hard to catch up on.
Because we are on the property every week or two anyway, the wider upkeep gets folded into a visit instead of becoming its own project.
What we watch for
- Growth against structures. Anything leaning on a fence, a shed or the house gets cut back before it starts doing damage.
- Bed creep. Turf works its way into beds and mulch works its way into turf. Both get put back.
- Low spots and ruts. Where water sits, we change how we drive so the mower is not making it worse.
- Storm damage. Down branches cleared rather than mowed over.
Set up however it suits you

Is this different from mowing?
Yes. Mowing is the lawn. Maintenance is the rest of the property — fence lines, corners, beds, debris. Most customers take both on the same visit, but you can take either on its own.
Can you just handle the parts I cannot get to?
That is a common arrangement. Some people mow their own lawn and want the fence lines, the back corner and the beds kept up. Tell us which parts and we will quote just those.
Do you haul the debris away?
Yes. Anything we clear leaves with us rather than getting piled at the back of the property.
