Spring Cleanups

Getting a property out of winter. What blew in, what died back, and the first real cut of the year — done in one pass so the season starts clean.

Fall Cleanups & Leaf Removal

Leaves off the grass before they mat down and kill it. They come down over weeks here, so most properties need more than one pass — and we plan for that.

Rentals, empty lots, homes on the market and properties owned by people who are not nearby — kept cut on schedule without you having to drive past and check.

How it fits together over a season

Most properties start with a spring cleanup in April, move onto a weekly or bi-weekly mowing schedule through the summer with trimming, edging and blow-down on every visit, and finish with two or three fall cleanup passes through October into November. Maintenance runs alongside the whole way.

You can also take any one of them on its own. A one-off cleanup, a lot that just needs cutting, or the fence lines and corners on a property you mow yourself — all fine.
